What is in-person training with DJJ?

In-person training with DJJ can take place at your premises or at a third-party location agreed with you. in general, sessions are available as a two-hour “shot in the arm”, half-day, or full day. However, our flexibility and adaptability means we will always agree a solution that matches precisely your needs.

Goals and objectives are agreed in advance, and the courses are structured around interactive exercises, group discussions, and the application of up-to-date theory to the lived experiences of the participants. Participants are led toward the creation of specific post-course objectives and actions to ensure that learning is put into practice.

To ensure that all attendees receive individual attention, and that the session is continually engaging, class sizes are limited to 12. All sessions are confidential for the participants and they are encouraged to ask questions at any time, and to talk about the real challenges and obstacles they face in their daily work.

Online with DJJ - the fundamentals

You cannot simply take a face-to-face training and deliver it online. The online environment is different to, more intense than, and presents more challenges than real life. Which is why online training can be delivered in 90-minute sessions, 2-hours, 3-hours, half day and full day. It is entirely up to you.

We can use whichever online platform you prefer (Zoom, Teams, Webex etc.) The sessions include plenary discussions, Chat-based exercises, Breakout Rooms, Polls and other built-in or add-on functionalities of each platform, to ensure that participants are engaged and participating throughout the session.
